WDYTO the name Darcy?

I saw the movie Something Borrowed last night, and one of the girls' names is Darcy! As the movie went on, I sorta fell in love with it! But before I add it to my list, what do you think of it? Rate it 1-10? Middle name suggestions? Do you have any alternate spellings that aren't totally horrible?
