Am i doing something wrong?

I'm crap at this boyfriend stuff, i don't know why haha:L But there's this lad that lives across the road from me. And every time i see him he always glances at me then rides off on his cycle. He's wolf whistled at me before aswell, and when i went to a wedding a couple of years ago, the bride (a close friend of my mom's) told me that i had an admirer, and i think its him because he went to the wedding and the party after. What should i do, because i think i like him, but like i said i'm crap at this stuff. How do i go about finding out how he feels, i don't even know his name either:((
